Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany to open stores at Shops at Clearfork

RBR Staff Writer Published 23 May 2017

Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Tiffany & Co. are the latest retailers which are opening stores at The Shops at Clearfork.

Simon Properties announced the addition of the stores. Located on Gage Avenue and Monahans Avenue, all three brands will be situated across from Neiman Marcus.

The Shops at Clearfork is a 500,000ft2, open-air center which will house luxury, specialty and home furnishing retailers along with restaurants, entertainment and office spaces.

The three new tenants, which all sell luxury brands, will be doing business at the Gage and Monahans avenues opposite the luxury department store Neiman Marcus.

Established in 1854, Louis Vuitton has been known for its luggage, bags and accessories. Over the years, the upscale retailer has added ready-to-wear, shoes, watches, jewelry, fragrance and stationery to its inventory.

Burberry, which also has a history of more than hundred years like Louis Vuitton, is a British luxury brand that has global presence. The 1856-established brand sells menswear, womenswear, kidswear, accessories and beauty products.

Out of the three new tenants, Tiffany & Co. is the oldest with a history of over 175 years. It is an American luxury jewelry and specialty retailer based in New York City.

Simon Development senior vice president Kathleen Shields said: "The Shops at Clearfork will be the new luxury hub for shoppers and retailers alike.

"This project will provide the unprecedented luxury experience that the Fort Worth market craves, with high-profile brands, unique restaurant choices and premier amenities."

The Shops at Clearfork is eventually expected to house 100 luxury, home furnishing and specialty retailers such as Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Arhaus and Z Gallerie.

Restaurants like B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Fixe, Luna Grill, Malai Kitchen and Mesero are likely to do business in the shopping mall. As far as entertainment options are concerned, AMC Theatres and Pinstripes have been planned to come up in the Shops at Clearfork.

In a separate announcement, Simon revealed that it will be investing about $1bn in 2017 and 2018 to enhance its retail real estate portfolio.
